Defective merchandise can be exchanged for the same item as long as a return request is submitted within 3 days from the date you receive your merchandise. No exchanges will be made after this 3-day period. Any shipping charges are not refundable.
Merchandise can be returned for a full refund as long as:
1. a return request is submitted within 1 day from the date you receive your merchandise
2. the item has never been used .

Any returned merchandise that do not satisfy the above conditions for a full refund are subject to a Return Fee charge.
